---> What's that? The Waitlist is a list on my Trello Board that will allow you to sort of "bookmark" me for the future. You give me a brief synopsis of what you would like, I give you ONLY a sketch + watermark, and you may pick back up the commission whenever you are available for collaboration/whenever you can pay!
--> In doing so, you are then added as an actual commissioner, but the process is more welcoming to those with financial issues and/or are hesitant about commissioning me.
> Please be professional and kind enough when working with me.> I reserve the right to cancel the commission at any time, either for a valid reason or in response to inappropriate behavior.> Major revisions such as poses, outfits, characters, changes in backgrounds, etc., will require an additional fee, which can be viewed in the Commission Info section of this Carrd!> Commissions are non-refundable either during or after the rendering process.> The commissioner is allowed to repost the commission under the condition that I, "Michord," receive proper credit. A watermark will be applied if you wish to do so, but please DO NOT repost my work without first discussing it with me, even if you do give credit!> The commissioner is prohibited from tracing, editing, printing, selling, or rendering my artwork in any form. Additionally, they may not remove watermarks or take credit for the piece.> I implore you not to use my artwork for NFTs (Non-fungible Tokens), to train AI-generated software, or anything of the sort.If you fail to follow my T.O.S., you will be blacklisted and will not be able to commission from me anymore.As the artist, I retain the rights to the artwork I create for commissions. However, I do not claim rights to any characters owned by the commissioner or from established intellectual properties. Characters and concepts featured in fanworks remain the property of their respective owners. All rights reserved.
COMMISSION PROCESS:
- The general process for the commission is as follows:ART:

1. Draft of Initial Idea (For Approval)
2. (Once Approved) 50% of Initial Word Count for review
(Commissioner can no longer refund)
3. The remaining 50% for review
4. Proofreading
5. Finished!!OTHER
1. Initial Sketch or Mockup Ideas (For Approval)
2. (Once Approved) Further discussion about when parts are to be completed
(Michord is allowed to decide when commissioner can no longer refund)

- Commission turnaround time ranges from 14 days to 2 months (or up to 4 months for animated commissions), depending on complexity and the queue.
- The artist has personal obligations outside of work (e.g., school, family).
- Work-in-progress (WIP) updates will be shared for approval, allowing for corrections or additional details before rendering can begin.
- The final commission will include:
--> Full watermarked and/or unwatermarked versions.
--> Digital files in PNG, TIFF, WEBP, .MOV, DOCX or PDF format (depending on purchase) delivered via email or Google Drive.
- The artist does not guarantee maintaining backup copies of commissions older than 1 year.
- For commissions with multiple separate elements (Twitch/YouTube Assets), files will be delivered as a compressed ZIP folder, but still via email or Google Drive
- If the artist is unable to fulfill the commission for any reason, it will be canceled, and a full refund will be provided to the commissioner, no matter what stage the commission is at.I hope to work and collaborate with you!
